Multiple Games within R&D department "Cell"
Developed at OutfitCell team was a brand new R&D/prototyping initiative within Outfit7 - a small team comprised of four high-level individuals, of which I was the only external member.Purpose of the Cell team was to develop new and innovative games every6-8 weeks in order to build instritutional know-how in areas beyond studio expertise and create products that will be developed into a full game.

Developed with AlberunMAMOBall is an easy-to-learn, hard-to-master, glourious-to-imagine soccer extravaganza.I joined the project as a consultant in 2024 and helped a talented and small team rebuild and modernize this gem of a game. It has recently reached 10M+ downloads and is now on track to 6+ digits of revenue.

Realtime Multiplayer Trivia Game
Developed at Mynet (now Vuvy)The idea with Word Rush was to conquer the relatively empty Trivia/Word game area by utilizing the strengths of the team, i.e. multiplayer backend development. Result was a multiplayer trivia game with a dash of social interaction in the form of showing wrong answers alongside correct ones.Word Rush became a national sensation in Turkey instantly and got millions of downloads within days. A global version was also developed but didn’t perform as well. Turkish version is still at the top of the genre download list and routinely featured in App Store.

· Adapted ingame economy and monetization in response to the viral success the game had with an audience younger than we expected.
· Worked directly with studio leadership throughout project and, in time, graduated to join them.

Match-3 Puzzle RPG with Base Defense
Developed at Mynet (now Vuvy)An ambitious project for a studio in flux, Clash RPG was a difficult game to produce. Targets were set very high and the studio did not have the experience to foresee the problems. Even so the team did a wonderful job and developed a game with artistic flair and smooth gameplay.Just as it was about to hit soft-launch, project was killed due to limitations of the team and the rapidly increasing marketing costs at the time.

Multiplayer Match-3 Game
Developed at Mynet (now Vuvy)For a long time this project searched its identity. We worked through a lot of variants with similarities to games like Fall Guys and Pocket Champions. It ended up as a more streamlined, properly casual alternative to Match Masters with bigger meta and narrative sections similar to Coin Masters and Royal Match.Madness Match went on to soft-launch with relatively good engagement metrics. It is still up, still being developed and slowly but surely scaling up.

Turn-based Card Battle
Developed at Mynet (now Vuvy)Red Sky was the most innovative of three projects the studio developed to explore new horizons. It’s a multiplayer, Dicey Dungeons style card combat game with a pirate theme. After a long and troubled development period, it went on to soft-launch with relatively good engagement metrics but troubling marketing performance, which saw the project put on indefinite hold.

Social Casino Games
Developed at Mynet (now Vuvy)Already live when I joined the company, these games performed well but not at all to their full potential.I worked alongside the existing product team to better get to know the audience and build/rebuild parts of the game for better product management. This lead to a new phase for these projects where live-ops and monetization were much better managed, leading to higher metrics and revenue.

Idle City Management & Tycoon
Developed at Suber GamesWelcome to your town, Mayor! Build public services such as Waterworks and Airport. Collect taxes from happy citizens. Activate policies to improve the town and your income. And build more and better public services, for more taxes and happiness!This entire project was developed, by a small team of 3 people, in about 8 weeks. It was presented to publishers and got glowing reviews. Unfortunately no deal was reached within the time I worked at the studio.

Merge-based Puzzle Game
Developed at Gram GamesDiscover a magical land of entertainment and mystery in the world of Merge Dragons! where you can combine everything into better and more powerful items for your journey.Merge Dragons was acquired by Gram Games at 2017, and it kicked off a period of mergification where any and everyone in the studio worked either on Merge Dragons or in other merge-related products. Everyone practically contributed to it in some way. True result of a company-wide culture of collaboration.

Merge-based Casual Strategy Game
Developed at Gram GamesMerge of War was an attempt to make Merge work for a more monetizable audience. It got good retention and engagement metrics throughout the soft-launch, but it never managed to achieve great monetization due to lack of content (result of a small team of 3) and mismatch of setting and audience.

Merge-based Farming/Tycoon Game
Developed at Gram GamesOne of the first merge projects as the studio focused on making Merge happen. Merge Farm was soft-launched in 2017, reached global release in 2018.

· Joined project full-time after Pirate League.
· Worked on overall pacing, economy and game balance.
· Worked on production buildings, rewrded monetization, competitor research.

Casual Breakout-like Base Defense
Developed at Gram GamesBounzy was a true collaborative success, worked on by three different designers on various stages. It got good metrics, achieved ad-based monetization and ultimately released globally in 2017.

· Handled the start of the project as well as the initial game design of Bounzy.
· Worked with the dev team during prototyping stage up to store-testable phase.
· Handed the game over to other designers when Pirate Leage project started.

Casual Multiplayer Ship Combat
Developed at Gram GamesGame got fantastic metrics (e.g. ~48% D1 retention) in soft-launch as a fake multiplayer game. Development team was unable to transform it to an actual multiplayer game due to technical limitations.

Many prototypes
During my employment at Gram Games, I took part in many prototypes, including a lot of puzzle games, merge games, idle games and a lot of innovative attempts at novel genres.These prototypes were all developed in two workdays, prepared for release on stores as a 'fake launch'.Developing quickly to get info about the success of a project was an ingrained part of the work culture at Gram Games.
